We believe stakeholder engagement is paramount to project completion. Therefore, we employ stakeholder interviews and initial presentation to openly deliberate the competing constraints of scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risk up-front and early.

Training & Development
Our solutions to Organizational Training and Development are tailored to meet each client’s unique requirements. We offer the full suite of training and development services to include: environment for workshops, seminars, mentoring, coaching, course development, delivery and evaluation support, and other learning opportunities to employees in the organization.
To be comprehensive in the training and development process, we believe training programs should enable individuals to perform their current duties and provide a roadmap for future progression. To this end, we analyze the operational and professional development aspects of the training and development processes and develop a needs analysis. Our resulting training products range from instructor-led to on-line independent study course packages to guides and performance-oriented task books.
Technology Integration
We provide total “cradle to the grave” life-cycle support to technology projects, ranging from requirements documentation to executing proofs concept, developing governance to providing test and evaluation support.
Our staff possesses a unique combination of domain and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) experience, which we employ to help bridge the gap between science and operations.
